DC Trouser Treats: Washington's Pedophilia in the "National Interest"

"For seven and-a-half years I’ve worked alongside Reagan, and I’m proud to be his partner. We’ve had triumphs, we’ve made mistakes, we’ve had sex... uh, I mean setbacks....” - Vice President George Bush , 6 May 1987

Nothing like a salacious sex story distracts Puritanical America from more sinister crimes of the Bushista Beltway bandits. But while the US media depict Rep. Mark Foley (below far left, in an, appropriately, American Idol photo-op) as a solitary "bad apple" among honorable legislators, Washington's sex scandal de jure masks far more pervasive sexual abuse of minors in our nation's Capitol.

While Foley's diddling of an underage male page has indeed riveted Americans' rapt stare, the media sifts the gutters for more tidbits to feed the prurient interests. But the St. Petersburg Times’ 3 October edition provided readers a revealing piece on the depth of Washington's hypocritical posturing in "protecting" children.

Campaigning in 2003 for a US Senate seat in Florida, Foley happened upon a golden opportunity for scoring points among Florida voters by reading a New York Times story on underage nudists in Florida. Predictably, the senatorial candidate righteously “demanded that the state investigate a summer nudist camp for kids in Pasco County, warning it could expose innocent children to pedophiles.”

Foley’s coup de grace of hypocricy came in a well-publicized follow-up letter--written so reporters wouldn’t misquote him--to Governor Jeb Bush expressing his concern for the safety of Floridian children.

"The situation clearly raises legitimate issues that should be addressed, given that it involves minor children," Foley wrote, citing his post as co-chairman of the Congressional Missing and Exploited Children's Caucus.

Foley compared the camps to child pornography and child modeling Web sites and wrote: "I believe they may be endangering these children."

Adroitly hidden from a pubic lacking a mind set to comprehend its nature, DC pedophilia is far more entrenched and widespread than Capitol Hill reporters dare reveal. Though fools like Foley caught with their pants around their ankels become fair game for journalists, the real impetus behind Washington’s sexual bause of minors is being covered up, treated as a matter of “national security” as it has been since the 1950s.

Hot Kiddie Sex for Cold War Warriors

There's a good reason the US government doesn't publicize the number of children missing in America each year. Voting adults might be bothered their government is doing nothing about this "staggering" social problem. In 2001, for example, 725,000 children were reported to police as missing, about 2000 on any day of that year. Though a large number were eventually classified as a "family abduction"--a mother or father kidnaps children from the other parent--the National Incidence Studies of Missing, Abducted, Runaway and Thrownaway Children classifed 440,000 that year as "lost, injured or otherwise missing."

After World War II, the CIA developed a unique strategy for recycling some of America's missing children. As the Cold War heated up the agency became obsessed with innovating mind control techniques for improving US human intelligence capabilities to better compete with Soviet covert operatives. In one now-infamous 1950-1960s-era classified project known as MK-ULTRA, the US government, using illegally imported Nazi scientists involved in human experimentation in Germany's concentration camps, developed pyschological programming techniques to create better spies through sexually abusing children.

Canadian psychiatrist Colin A. Ross is but one of several mental health experts who have documented the Canadian and US government’s secret experimentation on children using ritualized satanic and sexual abuse to create multiple personalities. According to one theory of personality formation, the personalities disassociating from a person’s core personality during prolonged abuse can then be programmed to respond on cue to accomplish specific assignments: sex a lonely diplomat, pick up the drugs from a train station locker, give the German agent a certain packet, or even assassinate enemy agents, etc. If properly programmned, so the theory goes, the person’s core personality is oblivious to what's been done. The CIA learned it also could creat covert operatives that wouldn't break under interrogation and could keep secrets indefinitely.

While the American government denies such experimentation ever took place, attorneys for a group of Canadian citizens in 2004 successfully sued the US government for their client’s barbaric treatment suffered at the hands of Ewan Cameron (right), a CIA contract psychiatrist at McGill University’s Allen Memorial Institute in Montreal; that's where the CIA pursued its most gruesome Nazi-like human experiments on non-Americans. A year after the Canadian court decision, a San Francisco court dismissed a similar suit against the CIA filed by an American claiming he also was subjected to similar experiments. (1)

Until the early 1990s, the systematic brainwashing eluded the notice of US mental health professionals who counseled clients with multiple personality disorder (MPD). By using hypnosis, University of Utah staff psychologist D.Corydon Hammond was the first to uncover (and share with colleagues) a sinister "programming" pattern in numerous disassociative-disordered adults he attributed to childhood ritual abuse. In a presentation “at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, Thursday June 25, 1992, at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, Mark Center, Alexandria, Virginia,” now famously called the “Greenbaum Speech,” Hammond defied "death threats" to tell his colleagues of his successes with government-brainwashed MPDs, which he estimated constitute 50-75% of those diagnosed with the malady.

Hammond also correctly linked what he termed "Cult" programming to the CIA and its imported Nazi scientists, who, as some clients revealed, spared no cruelty in programming controllable, even robotic, humans. For example:

What they basically do is they will get a child and they will start this, in basic forms, it appears, by about two and a half after the child's already been made dissociative. They'll make him dissociative not only through abuse, like sexual abuse, but also things like putting a mousetrap on their fingers and teaching the parents, "You do not go in until the child stops crying. Only then do you go in and remove it."

Basically in the programming the child will be put typically on a gurney. They will have an IV in one hand or arm. They'll be strapped down, typically naked. There'll be wires attached to their head to monitor electroencephalograph patterns. They will see a pulsing light, most often described as red, occasionally white or blue. They'll be given, most commonly I believe, Demerol. Sometimes it'll be other drugs as well depending on the kind of programming. They have it, I think, down to a science where they've learned you give so much every twenty- five minutes until the programming is done.

Equally difficult to hear are survivors (also here and here) of CIA ritual abuse experiments who have documented their and others’ experiences as medical guinea pigs.

Published articles in my files include descriptions of administrative of 150 mg of LSD to children age 5- 10 years on a daily basis for days, weeks, months, and in a few cases even years. Neurosurgeons at Tulane, Yale, and Harvard did extensive research on brain electrode implants with intelligence funding, and combined brain implants with large numbers of drugs including hallucinogens." (Wolf, 1995).

Some reports suggest that C.I.A. programmers used satanic trappings and paraphernalia to terrorize the children and to discredit their stories. (Rappaport, 1995) Some survivors allege that their families were practicing satanists who "sold" them to the C.I.A. Dissociative disorders previously developed as a result of incest and ritual abuse made children from cult families especially valuable to the C.I.A. programmers because they were already vulnerable and could be more easily controlled and manipulated.

Like Claudia Mullen, some survivors describe being used as sex slaves for coercive purposes. For instance, Starshine [1], a fictionalized account, tells the story of a government mind control survivor who was programmed to have sex with celebrities and government officials, including U.S. presidents (Taylor, 1995).

Sexing-up America's Power Elite

The CIA brainwashing and programming weren't perfect, however. Some of the throwaways began remembering bits and pieces of their sexual abuse and actions as covert operatives. By the 1980s, some even began talking about it all, telling incredible stories of being coerced to use their special talents for servicing the sexual peccadilloes of congressmen and presidents.

Few listened and fewer still believed. While himself initially a skeptic, attorney John DeCamp (photo below, right), a Vietnam War vet and former Nebraska Republican state senator, came to believe documented evidence given him by one youth who told DeCamp he had been regularly passed around for sex among the nation’s most powerful goverment and business leaders.

Paul Bonacci was arrested in 1988 in Omaha on a sexual misconduct charge the night FBI agents also arrested Larry E. King (left), the general manager of Franklin Community Federal Credit Union, for misappropriation of bank funds and fraud. According to DeCamp, agents found volumes of child pornography at King’s bank when they began carting out bank records for federal prosecutors. A rising star in the Republican national party before his arrest, King sung the National Anthem at the 1984 Republican National Convention.

Bonacci contacted DeCamp after the then-state senator dismissed in the press stories that were circulating after King’s arrest about the banker’s stable of foster children flown on his private jet to sexually service high-end clients all over the United States. After receiving a letter from Bonacci in jail challenging the legislator to hear his story, DeCamp visited the youth, eventually championing his cause and acting as his attorney. In the next two years, DeCamp also embraced the cause of two other Nebraska foster children—Troy Boner and Alisha Owen, former wards of the Catholic Church's Boy Town, a revered Omaha-based foster home to hundreds of abandoned children—who claimed they too were sexually abused by King and prominent Omahans at in-town sex orgies organized by the banker.

But in July 1990, a Nebraska court dismissed the sexual assault lawsuit DeCamp filed on behalf of his three clients implicating King and other prominent Omahans. With no legal recourse after the dismissal, DeCamp wrote The Franklin Cover-Up, a 1992 bombshell book that, among other revelations, exposed MK-ULTRA, ritualistic murder of chidren at Bohemian Grove and King’s banking links to the CIA’s Iran-Contra drug smuggling-money laundering operations.

DeCamp’s steamy revelations prompted the Discovery Channel to partner with Yorkshire (UK) Television to make Conspiracy of Silence, a one-hour documentary that expanded DeCamp’s Nebraska research to Washington D.C. Opening with DeCamp’s revelations, the film then explores allegations in a 1989 front-page Washington Times news story linking the banker’s Omaha child sex ring to mahogany-paneled bedrooms around Capitol Hill and the White House.

The 29 June 29 1989 Washington Times story, entitled, “Homosexual Prostitution Probe Ensnares VIPS with Reagan, Bush” reads in part:

“A homosexual prostitution ring is under investigation by federal and District authorities and includes among its clients key officials of the Reagan and Bush administrations, military officers, congressional aides and U.S. and foreign businessmen with close ties to Washington’s political elite.”

After production wrapped, Conspiracy of Silence was listed in the 30 April -6 May 1994 issue of TV Guide for a 3 May broadcast on the Discovery Channel. But just before its national broadcast “[i]nfluential members of congress applied pressure to the cable industry to stop the airing of the program and destroy ALL COPIIES!” In purchasing exclusive rights to and shelving the film, an anonymous buyer reimbursed the Discovery Channel and Yorkshire Television $250,000-$500,000 for the documentary’s production costs.

In addition to the Washington Times story, the Discovery Channel’s initial impetus for linking DeCamp’s findings in Nebraska to King’s Washington sex parties likely was George Bush: The Authorized Biography (republished in 2004 for release in Canada) appearing around the time of DeCamp’s book. There co-authors Webster Tarpley and Anton Chaitkin cite a range of international press reports, some published before the Washington Times account, implicating George Bush Sr. in King’s child sex ring.

For exampe, they note that Pronto, Spain’s largest weekly publication with over 4.5 million readers, “reported that the Lawrence E. King child prostitution scandal ‘appears to directly implicate politicos of the state of Nebraska and Washington, D.C. who are very close to the White House and George Bush himself’.”

The biography further cites a detailed account by the investigative newsletter Inside News, then published by the Australian “conservative” Peter Sawyer. Sawyer reported he obtained through police contacts documents from 1985 via Nebraska state police that revealed Lisa Washington, a minor who King had used since age 14 to regularly service his select client list, claimed she had seen Bush Sr. at two of King’s sex parties.

Lisa [Washington]… detailed a massive child sex, homosexual, and pornography industry, run in Nebraska by Larry King. She described how she was regularly taken to Washington by plane, with other youths, to attend parties hosted by King and involving many prominent people, including businessmen and politicians. Lisa specifically named George Bush as being in attendance on at least two separate occasions.

Sawyer's report also references notes taken at meetings with Washington by Julie Walters, a Nebraska child care worker investigating the girl’s allegations, that also mentioned Bush Sr.; Tarpley and Chaitkin contacted Walters and verified her account.

She [Lisa] indicates that she attended a party in Chicago with King and the male [foster children from Boys’ Town in Omaha]. She indicated George Bush was present. She indicates that she set [sic] at a table at the party while wearing nothing but a negligee. She stated that George Bush saw her on the table. She stated she saw George Bush pay King money, and that Bush left the party with a nineteen year old black boy named Brent. Lisa said the party George Bush attended was in Chicago in September or October 1984. According to the Chicago Tribune of October 31, 1984, Bush was in Illinois campaigning for congressional candidates at the end of October.

George Bush Sr. has never legally contested any of Tarpley and Chaitkin's allegations.

Karl and George's Lover Boy?

Other critics now suggest George W. Bush also may have savored sexual favors from at least one MK-ULTRA alum. After asking Bush a clearly partisan question during a White House press briefing in 2005, Jeff Gannon, a White House “reporter” vetted by the Secret Service two years earlier, was outed for dubious journalistic credentials and his exclusive reporting for GOPUSA and Talon News Service, two shadowy news websites owned by Bobby Eberle, a Republican activist from Texas.

The blog Daily Kos’s subsequent inquiry into Gannon’s background revealed he was in fact a male prostitute named “James Dale Guckert” who hosted Delaware-based gay-themed websites, including hotmilitarystud.com (see below), to promote his “male escort” services. CBS also confirmed Guckert’s “contact” at the White House was Karl Rove. The news network also learned Gannon/Guckert “was a player in Republican campaigns and his work in the South Dakota Senate race [in 2004 to defeat Democrat Tom Daschle] illustrates the role he played” for the White House.

Soon after the faux-reporter's unmasking, Nebraska native Ted Gunderson, a retired special agent in charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles office who has worked with DeCamp and now tracks international elite's child sex rings, linked (and here) from his website to a provocative February 2005 report claiming Gucket in fact was Johnny Gosch, a 12-year-old Iowan who disappeared in 1982 while delivering newspapers.

That document further reports “Paul Bonacci… testified in court proceedings that he helped kidnap Johnny Gosch into [Larry King’s child sex ] ring in 1982,” a reference to Bonacci’s 1999 testimony in a Lincoln, Nebraska court room.

"I went up to him, asked him [Gosch] a question," said Bonacci. "At that point he was close enough to the car where Tony [another kidnapper] had pulled up in the van and they pushed him in the car and they had a rag with chloroform in the bag that they had us stick over his face. And then put it back in the bag after he was out...We drove several miles...we met up with a station wagon and a van several times."

In an April 2005 interview with Pointblank Des Moines, a now-defunct alternative news weekly, Gunderson said he believed the missing Johnny Gosch, a person the agent had tracked for a decade, indeed was Gannon. "I'm convinced 99 percent that he is Johnny Gosch. The only way I'd be 100 percent sure is if there was a DNA test or if he admitted it."

Two weeks after Gunderson's interview, Gannon/Guckertt appeared on MSNBC's now-defunct Diehl and Daniels Show and categorically denied he was Gosch, grudgingly offering to take a DNA test to settle the matter--which he never did.

The closest the Know Nothing GOP-led Congress ever came to inquiring into how Guckert gained access to the White House--and managed to scoop the US-led invasion of Iraq hours before Bush publicly announced it--was a FOIA request filed by House Democrats Louise Slaughter and John Conyers for Secret Service “Access Control Records” that listed his White House visits.

In examining records the Secret Service finally released, RawStory.com identified several troubling anomalies with Gannon/Guckert’s White House access.

Guckert made 202 appearances at the White House during his two-year tenure with the fledging conservative websites GOPUSA and Talon News, attending 155 of 196 White House press briefings.

Perhaps more notable than the frequency of his attendance, however, is several distinct anomalies about his visits.

Guckert made more than two dozen excursions to the White House when there were no scheduled briefings. On many of these days, the Press Office held press gaggles aboard Air Force One—which raises questions about what Guckert was doing at the White House. On other days, the president held photo opportunities.

On at least fourteen occasions, Secret Service records show either the entry or exit time missing. Generally, the existing entry or exit times correlate with press conferences; on most of these days, the records show that Guckert checked in but was never processed out.

In March, 2003, Guckert left the White House twice on days he had never checked in with the Secret Service. Over the next 22 months, Guckert failed to check out with the Service on fourteen days. On several of these visits, Guckert either entered or exited by a different entry/exit point than his usual one. On one of these days, no briefing was held; on another, he checked in twice but failed to check out.

Democrats and Republicans then joined Slaughter and Conyers in calling for a formal investigation into how someone with Gurket’s checkered past could freely access the White House and regularly sit within feet of the U.S. Commander-in-Chief.

That call was sheer public posturing, a damage control strategy probably lifted from the same play book disgraced Rep. Mark Foley used to con Florida voters into believing he cared about their--and their children's--welfare.

Foley's protracted exposure to the cesspool of Capitol Hill arguably constitutes another form of government brainwashing. Like other men and women who leave Smalltown American to come serve in the Congress but remain too long, Foley inevitable acclimation to the perks of power made a skillful negotiator in selling his own heart and mind to the highest bidder.

After devolving to that diminutive moral stature, it's a short step from believing diddling underage pages is as innocuous and serving of the public interest as casting floor votes for war in Irag, detainee torture or warrantless wiretaps.

DeCamp Update: On 3 October 2006 DeCamp told internet radio host Daryl Bradford Smith how he met Bonacci and became a true believer, although he also tells of his regrets of ever delving into the story and learning what he did about his country. In the interview, DeCamp attributes the mysterious death of his friend William Colby, his commander in Vietnam and former CIA Director, to consenting to be interviewed for the Conspiracy of Silence documentary. DeCamp also tells Smith of threats to Ted Gunderson’s life occasioning the former FBI agent to move into one of DeCamp’s homes in rural Nebraska.

In addition to maliciously dismissing DeCamp’s suit filed on behalf of Bonacci, Owen and Boner, the Nebraska judge also sent Alisha Owen to prison on eight counts of perjury after her refusal to recant her allegations of sexual improprieties against elite Omahans. In 1999, she was denied a hearing to commute her sentence, although DeCamp informed Smith she since has been released. After Troy Boner recanted his charges against King et al. to avoid jail, he vanished after his brother committed suicide under mysterious circumstances. Boner also died under strange circumstances at a New Mexico mental hospital in 2003 one day after being admitted. In 1999 DeCamp won Bonacci $1 million in a civil settlement against Larry King for criminal sexual assault.

Jack Abramoff and Kay Griggs: Lest we forget, GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff’s indictment in his congressional corruption “scandal" involved prostitutes he used to woe officialdom at hotels around Washington where, ironically, senior CIA officials were implicated, including Porter Goss, who abruptly retired after his name was linked to the scandal.

Advised to publicize her military ex-husband’s links to child sex among federal officials to ensure her safety, Kay Pollards Griggs, ex-wife of U.S. Marine Corps Col. George Raymond Griggs, came forward, first in 1998 and again after 9/11, to discussMilitary Assassin Squads, Drug Running, Illegal Weapon Deals And Sexual Perversion Deep Within The Highest Levels Of U.S. Military And Government.”

Gosch/Guckert/Gannon: You can read his anemic Foleygate updates, which implicate Capitol Hill Democrats, here.

...This Provocative DC Development: And finally, I'm deciding whether to put Wayne Madsen's 5 October "Pagegate" entry in either the "Public Disinformation" or "Don't-Hold-Your-Breath" file:

A well-placed source has told WMR that the Pagegate scandal will soon involve underage male and female teens who have not served as congressional pages, but who have reported abuse by well-known GOP players in the nation's capital. The source says the Psychiatric Institute of Washington's "Center Unit" has dealt with a number of child abuse cases involving senior Republican office holders in the Washington, DC area. Now that GOP abuse of minors is finally receiving media attention as a result of Pagegate, it is a matter of time before the abused males and females report the details of their own abuse cases.
